Joseph Jaffe is asking us all to wikily create a chapter of his new book, “Join the Converation: How to engage marketing-weary consumers with the power of community, dialogue and partnership.” The chapter is on “Why are you so afraid of conversation?” He’s also inviting people to submit ideas for the cover design.
